Lannie Joyce

Lannie Garner Joyce, age 88, of Asheboro died Monday, December 23, 2019 at Woodland Hill Center. Mrs. Joyce was born July 13, 1931 in Randolph County to Artemus and Hassie Garner. She was retired from Kemper Tools. Mrs. Joyce enjoyed being a wife and mother and had a big sense of humor. She is survived by her daughters, Karen P McBride of Asheboro, Tami Knight of Glendora, CA, Brenda Roberts of Rural Hall, Cathy Cosio of El Centro, CA and Lisa de la Cruz of Rialto, CA ; 8 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
