Kevin Lee Gallimore

Kevin Lee Gallimore, age 56, of Asheboro passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at his home. Mr. Gallimore was born in Randolph County on April 10, 1963 to Harold and Jane Lanier Gallimore. Kevin was a graduate of Southwestern Randolph High School and attended High Point University for 3 years. He was formerly employed with A.G. Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father. Kevin was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a true outdoorsman. He was known for his goofy jokes. He had an out-going, charismatic personality, and loved lending a helping hand. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He is survived by his daughters, Jordan Gallimore Sandlin and husband Michael of Asheboro and Jessica Grantham Luther and husband Wes of Asheboro; grandchildren, Jacob and Jackson Grantham, Lainey Luther, and Oaklee Sandlin; mother, Jane Lanier Gallimore of Denton; sister, Amanda Delk and husband Kenneth of Trinity; and brother, Greg Gallimore and wife Sharon of Asheboro. A private service will be held. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Gallimore family.
