Jackie Floyd "Jack" Huskey

Jackie Floyd "Jack" Huskey, age 73, of New London passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at Carolinas Medical Center, Main in Charlotte. Mr. Huskey was born in Reidsville, NC on September 10, 1946 to Floyd Warren and Ila Kate Farmer Huskey. Jack served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was retired from Randolph Electric Membership Corporation. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife Cindy Quisenberry Huskey. Jack loved the lake and enjoyed boating and grilling. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his daughters, Brittney Huskey Lawson (Shannon) of Asheboro, Kim Norman (David) of Mt. Airy, and Renee Graham of Greensboro; grandchildren, Ashley Nichols, Erin Delph, Abbi Norman, Logan Graham, Austin Graham, Brody Greene, and Taylor Lawson; sisters, Mary Toomes of Greensboro, Dot Humble (Tom) of Greensboro, and Ann Smith (J.W.) of Reidsville; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Huskey's body will lie in state on Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 1:00-4:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro.
