Mirna Esperanza Martinez Saavedra

Mirna Esperanza Martinez Saavedra, age 69, of Asheboro passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 peacefully at home. Mrs. Saavedra was born in Managua, Nicaragua on October 28, 1950 to Martin Martinez and Rafaela del Carmen Baltodano. She was retired in Asheboro. In addition to her parents, Mirna was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Felipe Reyes Saavedra. She is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Saavedra of Silver Spring, MD and Virginia Saavedra of Asheboro, NC; granddaughter, Evelyn Cordero of Asheboro, NC; and sisters, Norma Martinez of Dolores, Nicaragua and Alba Vidaurez of Hollywood, FL. A private graveside service will be held at New Hope Memorial Gardens.
