Alma Lenora Tyson

Alma Lenora Morris Tyson, age 83, of Asheboro died Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Randolph Health, Asheboro. Alma was born August 18, 1936 the daughter of Charles Harrison Morris and Lula Pearl Barnes Morris. Mrs. Tyson was a native of Randolph County and formerly employed with AVS Catering. Alma loved her donkey, affectionally named, "Donk", her favorite dog "Cana", and her red birds. But most of all, she loved her family. She is survived by her son: Danny Tyson of Asheboro; grandson, Shannon Tyson and his wife, Chelsey Greeson of Asheboro; granddaughter, Sherry Decausemaker and her husband, Michael Decausemaker; six great grandchildren:, Taylor Decausemaker, Cody Decausemaker, April Decausemaker, Addyson Tyson, Zander Tyson and Hadley Tyson; niece, Linda Hall of Trinity. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00 am at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 8138 E. Old US Hwy 64, Lexington.
