Jenny Tate Dilldine, age 67, of Randleman passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at her home.
Mrs. Dilldine was born in Winston-Salem on December 26, 1953 to Eugene and Faye Elizabeth Edwards Tate. Jenny was formerly employed with the Randolph County and Asheboro City School Systems. In addition to her parents, Eugene and Faye, Jenny was preceded in death by her grandson, Cameron Dilldine, and her brother, Larry Gene Tate. Jenny loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing quilts for babies. Jenny loved her canine companions, Patches, Jake, Max, and Roscoe and enjoyed feeding squirrels, birds, and all wildlife.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Carl J. Dilldine; sons, Carl J. "Chub" Dilldine, II and William Jason Dilldine; grandchildren, Alexis, Bradley, and Kole Dilldine; great grandchild, Ayden Dilldine; brother, Joney Tate; and sisters, Darlene Conrad, Sylvia Smith, and Vickie Tate.
Jenny's body will lie in repose on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 2:00-5:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 3:00 pm at New Hope Memorial Gardens, 3448 New Hope Church Road in Asheboro with Rev. Mike Lee officiating.
