Edgar Ramiro Ascencio, age 37, of Asheboro died Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. He is survived by his: mother: Ana Ruth Kim; stepfather: Himo muk Kim; brother: Steve Kim; daughter: Jocelyne Yeleiny Ascencio; daughter: Atalie Jezzelle Ascencio; son: Adrián Edgar Ascencio; grandfather: Miguel Ascencio; and guardian angel: Cecil McKay. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from Noon – 1:00 PM at Rushwood Church, 1810 Old Farmer Road, Asheboro and the funeral will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Benjamín Centella officiating.
